The base of the serum - rice water (68%) - is rich in amino acids and minerals. Hydrates the skin, brightening and gives the skin a glow.

Alpha-Arbutine - reduce the melanin production (pigmentation) in skin cells, brightening, and lightening the pigmentation.

Niacinamide - evens out skin tone, and tightens the pores.
